Conorbis senessei (Delpey, 1938)
Descrizione.
Non dovrebbe trattarsi di un Conorbis, fosse solo perché risale al Santoniano Superiore (86,3 ± 0,5 e 83,6 ± 0,2).
L’immagine dovrebbe essere capovolta, come è nei testi francesi: capovolgendo l’immagine rispetto all’illustrazione contenuta nel testo, la somiglianza con il genere Acteon risulta evidente. A fianco del disegno illustro un Acteon mirim attuale.
It should not be a Conorbis, if only
because it dates back to the Upper Santonian (86.3 ± 0.5 and 83.6 ± 0.2).
The image should be upside down, as it is in
French texts: by turning the image upside down with respect to the illustration
contained in the text, the similarity with the Acteon genre is evident.
Next to the drawing I illustrate a current Acteon mirim.
